First and foremost, the owner of the company shouldn't be just a "paper-contractor", he should be  an experienced fence contractor who's actually installed fence themselves.

All PVC - Vinyl fence has a limited lifetime warranty and is created equal.

This means that the material is guaranteed for color changes, cracks etc.

Our material warranty goes beyond that, it covers the labor cost as well to replace defective material.

We offer an additional 5 year labor warranty, so if your gate goes out of adjustment, we will come fix it.

How about knowing who will be installing your new fence? We do not sub-contract, due to the fact that it means sub-par results from an undocumented worker, that many of our competitors hire.

So as we have met while measuring your yard and giving you the estimate, we are the same people who will install your fence. Ask any big box store salesman if he can give you the name of the installer who will come to do the job.

We use an insert for the gate hinge post, an option of a treated wood insert or an aluminum insert (difference in price $ 100.00). Big box stores gives you the option to use an untreated post which will rot.

We use 9 ft long post on a 6 ft high fence and as per manufacturers specifications we use 5 lbs of concrete per foot of fence that is above ground.

We also use 6 ft sections so you have post every 6 ft due to the fact that 8 ft sections start to sag after a hot Florida summer. Some of our competitors say a metal insert in the bottom rail will keep this from happening, but what happens when a lawnmower hits that bottom rail?

After 38 years of experience we know the best way of installing pvc fence to handle the ever changing Florida climate.

We proudly give you an estimate, knowing we give you the best price the first time, no sales pitches with fake promises of beating anyone elses quotes. We SET the price, there is NO middlemen between us and You, the customer, which means a lower price.

We DO NOT ask for deposits like most big box stores, this keeps You, the customer, knowing we will do a great job. Fence Depot installs every fence like it would be in our own backyard.

Things to consider

What happens in high winds

We recommend that you either take your gate down and store in your garage or stake the gate open for strong anticipated storms
